Q. Do I need to be home to sign for it?
A. Yes, Royal Mail and Parcelforce requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of ceipt.

Q. What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail/Parcelforce attempts delivery?
A. Royal Mail and Parcelforce will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

Q. I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?
A. Please contact us straight away and we can look into it for you.

Q. Which debit/credit cards do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

Q. If I need to return an item what is the maximum time I can send them back by?
A. We will offer an exchange or refund for any unused items within 7 days from the day on which you receive the product.

Any postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any returns after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.

Any returns including packaging must be in the same condition of which they were received.

Any items returned that have been damaged or appear used will be returned back to the sender.

Q. What if my question has not been answered by any of the above?
A. Feel free to contact us.

Q. What if the item you have bought is unsuitable?
A. We are happy to offer an item refund on the item, as long as they have not been fitted and the packaging is in a re saleable condition.

Q. What is our security policy?
A. 2xcite Ltd is committed to customer privacy and security. Our online ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. If your order is in stock then you will receive the order within 1-2 working days ( depending on UK location ). If the order is one we don’t keep in stock then we will inform you straight away to give you an estimated delivery date. We do hold large stock levels so out of stocks are kept to a minium.

Q: Why is e-mark approval important?
A: E-mark approval on a lamp means that it has been tested by an approved photometric laboratory and has achieved the standards laid down by the EC for fitment to vehicles within European Union. Vehicles registered from 1986 onwards are required to have e-marked lights if they are used on a public road.
